Returns & Exchanges: 
We want nothing more than for you to love your daily does of ine+ nutrition! We will happily accept return and exchange purchases from inenutrition.com in their original condition. Items MUST have the outside seal still intact. 

To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@inenutrition.com. 

In the subject line please state "return request".

Without your receipt/order confirmation, a return cannot be accepted

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received unopened and in its original packaging, we will send you an email to notify you, and a refund will be processed on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

We cannot accept returns on sale items 15% or more. International orders outside Canada & USA are not eligible for return and are final sale.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Lip Balms are non-refundable and are final sale.
Sample packs are non-refundable and are final sale. 

We cannot accept returns on; products purchased from another retailer, sale items or gift cards.

Sale/Discounted Products:
Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items are eligible for a refund.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
