what are your shipping and return policies?
We offer free shipping on orders over $75 within Canada, $99 within the United States, and $200 internationally.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We offer standard and express shipping that generally takes 2-8 business days to arrive. We cannot guarantee these delivery windows, as mail carriers may encounter delays beyond our control.
WHEN ARE ORDERS FULFILLED?
We aim to get your order in your hands as soon as possible. We fulfill all orders Monday-Friday with the exception of holidays.
Please allow 1-3 days for order fulfillment.
DO YOU SHIP TO THE USA?
Yes we do! All US orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or Canada Post via USPS
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do! Our products are available for international purchase. If we are able to ship to your country, it will be displayed at checkout.

ARE SALE ITEMS FINAL SALE?
Yes! All discounted and sale items, lip balms and ine+ hand blenders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

HOW DO SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK?
Want your favourite ine+ nutrition products delivered more regularly? Sign up to receive 10% (monthly) or 5% (every three months) off with a subscription, no strings attached. Swap your products, skip, delay, or cancel anytime.
How it works:
1. Choose your product(s).
2. Select “Subscribe & Save 10% or 5%” on the product page, select your delivery frequency, and add it to your cart.
3. Sit back and never stress of running low on your faves.
BUNDLES
Can I use a discount code on a bundle pack?
No, discount codes can't be applied to bundle packs because they’re already discounted.
Can I swap items in a bundle?
Bundles come pre-set and can't be customized. This helps us offer the best value possible.
Are bundle items available to purchase separately?
Yes, items in the bundle are available individually at their regular prices.
Do bundles ever go on sale?
Bundles are already discounted, so additional sales or promotions usually do not apply.
Can I return or exchange items from a bundle?
To receive a refund, the full bundle must be returned. Partial returns aren't accepted because the discount applies to the bundle as a whole. If an item in your bundle is damaged or incorrect, please contact us — we’ll make it right.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription anytime through your account portal.
From there, you can update your delivery schedule, swap products, skip shipments, or cancel your subscription in just a few clicks.
When will I be charged for my subscription?
You’ll be automatically charged on your scheduled billing date based on your selected delivery frequency. You can view or change your next billing date anytime in your account before it processes.
Can I skip or reschedule my next order?
Yes, you can skip, reschedule, or adjust your next order at any time through your account dashboard, as long as it’s before the billing date.
What if I forget to skip and get charged?
If you were charged and your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

How do I update my payment or shipping information?
You can update your billing and shipping details anytime through your account portal. Be sure to make changes before your next billing date to ensure everything processes smoothly.
Can I add a one-time product to my subscription?
Absolutely! One-time products can be added to your subscription order. You can login to your customer portal to add your products.
