Shipping policy

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

We know how important it is to get your daily dose of ine+ Nutrition products, this is why we strive to make sure all orders are processed within 24 hour windows (orders received over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the following business day).

Once the order has been placed, we will send you your order confirmation number.

CANADIAN ORDERS (Ship Time: 2-5 Business Days*)

All orders in Canada receive free shipping on orders over $79.00 CAD. Otherwise, shipping will be a flat rate of the equivalent of $8.99 standard shipping or $15.99 expedited shipping.
Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days. 

After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. We ship via UPS, Purolator, FedEx and Canada Post for all Canadian Orders.

U.S.A ORDERS (Ship Time: 2-5 Business Days*)

All orders in the continental US receive free shipping on orders over $79.00 CAD. Otherwise, shipping will be a flat rate of the equivalent of $8.99 standard shipping or $15.99 expedited shipping.
Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days. 

After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. We ship via UPS and FedEx for all American Orders.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Ship Time: 10-21 Business Days*)

Yes, we do ship to several countries. You can check to see if we ship to you during checkout! 

Please note that goods being imported (by you) may be assessed for applicable customs duties, taxes and charges. It is the customers responsibility to pay for any duties and taxes and will not be covered reimbursed by ine+ nutrition.

ORDER ISSUES

In the unlikely event you experience issues with your order, such as being delivered damaged products or the wrong items, please contact us within 3 (three) days of delivery and we will do everything in our power to make things right! Please be sure to include your order number.

LOST ORDERS

If your order shows as delivered in our system but you have not received your package, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. 

MISC. INFORMATION

ine+ nutrition is not held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by shipping carriers
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO Box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery

NOTE: Only Canada Post can deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please keep in mind that during holidays there may be delays in processing and shipping times. Thank you for your patience.
