Returns & Exchanges:
Don’t love your purchase? No problem! We will happily accept return and exchange purchases from inenutrition.com in their original condition. Items MUST have the outside seal still intact.

In the subject line please state "return request".
ine+ nutrition reserves the right to refuse a refund that does not abide by our return policy.
You have 15 DAYS from your delivery date to qualify for a refund or exchange on the product. We exchange items free of charge within North America!
However, unless you are processing an exchange, you will need to cover the cost of your return label. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we have received your return, please allow for 1-5 business days for your return to be processed and refund issued. You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been completed and applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear on your statement.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty/lip care products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on; products purchased from another retailer, sale items or gift cards.
Sale/Discounted Products:
Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items are eligible for a refund.
