At ine+ nutrition, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all first-time customer orders. If you're not completely satisfied with your first purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and our team will be happy to assist you.

To initiate a return, please email support@inenutrition.com with "Return Request" in the subject line and include your order number or proof of purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be purchased directly from inenutrition.com

  • Be returned within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

  • Be returned in their original packaging

Returns sent without prior authorization from ine+ nutrition will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

ine+ nutrition reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 20% on eligible returns where applicable.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our Customer Care team at support@inenutrition.com.

In most cases, the fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@inenutrition.com so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Hand Blenders

  • Shaker Cups

  • Gift Cards

  • Sale or Clearance Items

  • Products purchased through third-party retailers


International Orders

Orders shipped outside of Canada are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
